Once you become a client, you begin our 30 day DISCOVERY PHASE which includes a customized nutrition plan that meets you where you are!

After the first 30 days, you will enter the MAKE IT HAPPEN PHASE and we will upgrade your nutrition plan based on the results you are already experiencing.
